1. Overview
Vis.Works Media Inc. (“VIS MEDIA”) offers subscription-based access to our digital services, including reprog.me and practiceenergy.com. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:
- Through your account settings on the respective platform (reprog.me or practiceenergy.com)
- By emailing us at info@vis.works with the subject “Cancel Subscription”
3. Effect of Cancellation
- Continued Access: After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
- Data Retention: Your account data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.
- Reactivation: You may reactivate your subscription at any time by logging back in and selecting a plan. If reactivated within the 30-day retention period, your previous data will be restored.
4. Free Trials
If you are on a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Cancellation during a free trial takes effect immediately and no charge will be made.
5. Refunds Upon Cancellation
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. For refund eligibility, please refer to our Refund & Dispute Policy.
